Deidentification Pipeline (M2P2)

The main goal of the M2P2 (Medical, Multilingual and Privacy-Preserving Natural Language Processing in the clinical domain) project is the development of robust de-identification techniques for medical records to enable their secondary use for scientific studies, specifically addressing privacy in clinical notes from three major Swiss hospitals. Secondary objectives include developing multilingual NLP systems for adverse drug reaction detection and for summarizing discharge letters. (read more here: link )
